SALINA, Kan. — Columbus’ C.J. Napier claimed his third state championship, and teammate Tank Burns and Labette County’s John Hambleton joined Napier as state champions Saturday night in the KSHSAA Class 4A wrestling tournament at the Bicentennial Center.
